CANCELLATION POLICY:

When making a booking, we require 50% deposit within 3 days. On day 4 your booking will automaticly be cancelled if we received no payment. We also need your ID and a R600 breakage deposit in cash on arrival. NO ID AND BREAKAGE, NO STAY. All bookings must be paid in full on arrival unless arranged with management - The accounts must be settled no later than 10am the following day. No manuel card payments or American Express cards. We charge per apartment and not per person.

  • GROUP BOOKINGS: If children involve - every apartment must be supervised with an adult
  • Check in 14h00 - EARLY CHECK IN TO BE ARRANGED DAY BEFORE
  • CHECK OUT: 10H00 - STRICTLY

We service the apartment everyday and every 2nd day clean towels will be provided and if you stay longer than 7 days clean bedding will be provided. NO SERVICE ON SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. If you need bedding before day 7 it will be R50. Please make sure your pots have water in. We do not ask a service fee - only when the apartment is left in a mess. Please leave apartment in a suitable manner.

THE STAFF WORK ON A STRICT SCHEDULE OF 30 MIN PER SERVICE APARTMENT - IF THEY COME TO YOUR APARTMENT AND YOU ASK THEM TO COME LATER, THEY WILL NOT RETURN UNLESS YOU ARRANGE WITH MANAGEMENT.

  • NO HUBBLY in the apartments or on premises
  • NO MUSIC - in the cars or in the apartments - Please be considerate to other guests
  • NO BALL GAMES OR SKATEBOARDING IN COMPLEXES
  • NO PETS
  • DO NOT BE A DISTURBANCE TO OTHER GUESTS. It must be quiet 22h00 in the week and 23h00 over weekends.
  • FRIENDS MUST BE OUT BY 22H00, ALL FRIENDS MUST PARK OUTSIDE.
  • ONLY PARK ON PARKING BAYS PROVIDED TO YOU. Parking number correlates to your apartment number
  • PLEASE DO NOT - LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES AROUND

10% ADMIN FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY CANCELLATIONS  

  • 0 - 7 days forfeit 100% deposit paid
  • 8 - 14 days forfeit   75% deposit paid
  • 15 - 21 days forfeit   50% deposit paid
  • 10% admin fee will be added to all payments
